The CYCLONE 4006АС special machine for removing rubber layers and paint from the runway is a completely autonomous system for removing rubber layers and markings from the runways, specially designed for use at airports. The equpment uses a unique patented technology, the productivity, efficiency and environmental friendliness of which is significantly ahead of any other product in the world. No chemicals or other abrasives are used in the cleaning process. Also, the 4006AC can be used to clean hard surfaces from grease and oil, remove hardened concrete and to restore the texture of low friction surfaces.
The efficiency of CYCLONE is based on a patented cleaning head, which allows you to remove water and material from the surface without the use of an external vacuum system. Instant removal is achieved by a series of blades that rotate safely close to the surface at a speed of 1800 rpm. The rotation of the CYCLONE blades creates a negative air pressure on the surface, which in turn raises water and debris into a small tank. This system is 35% more energy efficient than an external vacuum system. In addition, the CYCLONE 4006AC uses half as much water as any other machine in the industry (only 22 I / min) and has a water consumption of 458 ml per 1 m2.
The СYCLONE 4006AC uses best-in-class cab for operator comfort. The specially designed cab is located in the front, in the center of the car for maximum visibility and operator comfort on the runway when cleaning from rubber or removing paint. This optimal placement, in combination with the floor-to-ceiling windscreen, allows the operator to sit comfortably in a vertical position with direct visibility of the cleaning head on the runway surface. The cab is also equipped with a full-size folding additional seat for operator training.
