Its production uses a combination of bitumen, stones, anti-adhesive agents, as well as a unique chemistry that allows the bitumen to bond to the aggregate without heating. The result is a product that corresponds to the level of strength of steel, concrete and asphalt.

Cold QPR asphalt does not require mixing, mechanical compaction and time to harden, still makes it indispensable when closing bridges, repairing potholes and general repair of road surfaces.

Advantages of cold asphalt:

• used on wet or dry surfaces up to 12 mm deep;
• suitable for potholes (pits) of various types and shapes, regardless of whether milling was performed;

QPR uses energy and natural resources efficiently, trying to reduce emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere, which contributes to the preservation of nature. The products were analyzed by an independent testing organization in North America. According to its results, cold asphalt is biologically non-toxic.

Packed asphalt concrete is a universal product that can be used both on an industrial scale and by individuals. It does not require special equipment and appropriate weather conditions. Given all the benefits, QPR products have broad prospects for distribution among consumers.
