Soil stabilizer SX-4e/ex

Stabilizer-regenerator SX-4ex features an environmentally friendly Cummins Tier III engine with 450 hp. (336 kW). The maximum possible depth of cut is 508 mm. Four cutting drum speeds are available. The drum itself is located on the right. Suitable for stabilization, grinding and cold recycling.

Variable Geometry Cutter Housing

Hydraulically adjustable front and rear doors combined with optimal drum position in the cutter housing provide excellent sizing and material flow.

Visibility

Operator platform shifts 18″ to the right of center. The operator seat slides laterally and swings 90º for excellent visibility.

Hydraulically Controlled Suspension

Allows depth of cut to be selected via push-button.

Frame

All Roadtec Stabilizer-Reclaimers are built on sealed box frames. These strong, rigid frames allow a controlled air flow while maintaining the highest level of durability.

Engine Access

Hydraulically Raisable Doors above the engine compartment.

Maintenance Features

Large access doors and slide-out battery rack.

Climate Controlled Cab

A sealed, pressurized cab with climate control is a standard feature on the SX-4e to enhance operator comfort and provide protection from the elements.

Joystick Control & Display Monitor

The joystick is used for multiple functions including propel, steering, steering mode selection, and elevation control. Display monitor at the operator station provides access to the machine’s various systems including load control, diagnostics, and cut depth.
